Q: What type of services do you offer?
A: Currently I offer original paintings, prints, and art products designed by myself. These include graphic design work such as Website design, Social Media graphics, Customized logos, and much more! Click on the Services tab to learn more!

Q: How much are your services? 
A: My prices vary per project. I offer budget-friendly options for all products and services.  From consultation to delivery, I provide high-quality services at incredibly affordable prices. 

Q: Why must I send a deposit on your services before receiving them?

A: Deposits are a standard practice for artists to ensure that no time is wasted if by chance a client wants to not pay for services or stop communication after they are given commissions. It protects both the artist and the buyer. Deposits vary depending on what services you choose. 

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Any products needing to be returned may be done by emailing lanalinkstudio@gmail.com for support. Physical items purchased through my Etsy store or pop-up festival events must be returned within 15 days in unused conditions. Buyer must pay the shipping to send the item back. All digital prints are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Q: How long is your turnaround time for commissions?

A: The timeline of a commission from start to finish varies. Some may take 1-4 days, others may be 1-4 months. It depends on the amount of commissions I receive as well as the complexity of each piece. Some may take longer than others due to their subject matter. All clients are aware of the timeline of their piece when we discuss your commission from the contact form you submit.

Q: Why are my pictures taking longer than expected?

A: All photos are tailored to the composition. While I do not charge extra for editing some of these things may take a little bit longer than you expected.  Each image is unique in every way. Some may need more editing (face swaps, stain removal, stray hairs gone, blurring out some boo-boos, etc.) This may or may not be a lengthy process depending on what you're looking for. The standard wait time is from 1-4 weeks.
